Me encanta la historia del llamado de Mois\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
Cuando Dios llam\u00f3 a Mois\u00e9s, no lo hizo. No parece un buen candidato para liderar la naci\u00f3n que Dios hab\u00eda llamado y separado para s\u00ed mismo. Sin embargo, Dios en toda su sabidur\u00eda elige a Mois\u00e9s. Mientras le cuenta a Mois\u00e9s sobre el llamado que \u00c9l quiere que complete, Mois\u00e9s comienza a poner excusas. Durante este r\u00e1pido intercambio entre Dios y Mois\u00e9s, podemos ver tres cosas que Dios dice que har\u00e1 por Mois\u00e9s. Creo que todav\u00eda nos dice a los l\u00edderes de hoy: \u201cYo me encargar\u00e9 de esto, t\u00fa solo ve\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Entonces el SE\u00d1OR le pregunt\u00f3 a Mois\u00e9s: \u201c\u00bfQui\u00e9n hace la boca de una persona? \u00bfQui\u00e9n decide si la gente habla o no habla, oye o no oye, ve o no ve? \u00bfNo soy yo, el SE\u00d1OR? \u00a1Ahora ve! Estar\u00e9 contigo mientras hablas, y te instruir\u00e9 en lo que debes decir\u201d (\u202dExodus\u202c \u202d4\u202c:\u202d11-12\u202c NLT).<\/p>\n
Where you are, he put you. You can trust that God cares more for your people, your church and your organization than you ever have. He\u2019s called you to that specific place for this specific time because He knew you were the person for it.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t panic. Don\u2019t run. Don\u2019t doubt that He\u2019s with you.<\/p>\n
God knows that we can\u2019t on our own. He also knows that we have no valuable skills that He hasn\u2019t given us. He\u2019s telling Moses, \u201cWho made you? Who gifted you? Me!\u201d He\u2019s telling us the same thing.<\/p>\n
Should we try to sharpen and fine tune the gifts He\u2019s entrusted us with? Definitely. Our gifts, though, are His and His responsibility. One of the things we\u2019re often guilty of is seeing someone else use their gifts and wishing we had it. What we\u2019re doing is essentially saying, \u201cGod, you made a mistake.\u201d Don\u2019t wish someone else\u2019s gifts on yourself.<\/p>\n
Believe He\u2019s gifted you and use what He\u2019s given you for Him.<\/p>\n
Moses is essentially making the argument to God and saying, \u201cI can\u2019t do it.\u201d God in response is basically saying, \u201cI know.\u201d The place you are right now and the overwhelming feelings you have or even the celebratory feelings you have, God did it and will continue to use and empower you.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t say, \u201cI can\u2019t.\u201d God knows you can\u2019t, that\u2019s why empowerment is on His shoulders. He\u2019s not only going to gift you to do it, but He\u2019s gonna empower you and give you the strength and know-how also.\u00a0\u00a0 this … <\/p>\n
