Elsewhere (<span class='bible'>Jer 47:4<\/span>; <span class='bible'>Amo 9:7<\/span>; cp. <span class='bible'>Deu 2:23<\/span>) the Philistines are said to have come from Caphtor; and it is possible that this clause has been misplaced and that it should follow <em> Caphtorim<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em> Caphthorim<\/em> ] R.V. <strong> Caphtorim<\/strong>.
