Who either was the son of Ara, last mentioned, or another son of Jether:<\/p>\n Arah, and Haniel, and Rezia<\/strong>; here ends the genealogy of Asher; the last of the tribes; Dan and Zebulun not being reckoned at all.<\/p>\n (39) The sons of Ulla.<\/strong>Apparently Ulla is not connected with the foregoing genealogy. But he seems to be the same as Ara<\/em> (1Ch. 7:38<\/span>). Ar<\/em> is a very curious form, and may be due to a copyists eye having wandered to Be-era<\/em> at the end of last verse; Ull<\/em> is intelligible, and probably correct. If the identification be allowed, we get a complete concatenation from 1Ch. 7:30-39<\/span>.<\/p>\n Arah<\/strong> is in Hebrew quite different from Ara.<\/p>\n And the sons of Ulla; Arah, and Haniel, and Rezia.
