That is, Jehiel&#8217;s, the father or prince of Gibeon; other sons follow:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab, Gedor, Ahio, and Zacher<\/strong>; called Zechariah, <span class='bible'>1Ch 9:37<\/span> and between Baal and Nadab, Ner is placed, <span class='bible'>1Ch 9:36<\/span> and another son is added at the end of <span class='bible'>1Ch 9:37<\/span>, Mikloth next mentioned.<\/p>\n<h4 align='right'><i><b>Fuente: John Gill&#8217;s Exposition of the Entire Bible<\/b><\/i><\/h4>\n<p>(30) <strong>The sons of Abi-Gibeon<\/strong>that is, the Benjamite clans of Gibeon. The name of <em>Ner<\/em> has fallen out between Baal and Nadab. (Comp. <span class='bible'>1Ch. 9:36<\/span>.) That of <em>Baal<\/em> is interesting. Comp. <span class='bible'>1Ch. 8:33-34<\/span>, where we find Eshbaal and Merib-baal (rather <em>Meri-baal, i.e.,<\/em> man of Baal); comp. <em>Merbal<\/em> in <em>Herod, vii.<\/em> 88.
