The italicised <em>and<\/em> should be omitted, as the following words define the purpose of the dedication, viz., <em>for burning before him,<\/em> &amp;c. Comp. (See <span class='bible'>Exo. 25:6<\/span>; <span class='bible'>Exo. 30:7-8<\/span>.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>And for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings.<\/strong>In the Hebrew this is loosely connected with the verb rendered <em>to burn,<\/em> as part of its object: <em>for<\/em> <em>offering before him incense of spices and a continual pile<\/em> (of shewbread) <em>and burnt offerings.<\/em> (See <span class='bible'>Lev. 24:5<\/span>; <span class='bible'>Lev. 24:8<\/span>; <span class='bible'>Num. 28:4<\/span>.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>On<\/strong> <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn<\/strong> <strong>feasts.<\/strong><span class='bible'>1Ch. 23:31<\/span>.
