In 2Ch 6:14 the mercy of the Lord is promised to those “that walk before thee with all their hearts.” The blessings of God have always been made conditional on the obedience of man. The other is in 2Ch 6:21 concerning the prayer of Solomon for the sake of the people. He asks the Lord to forgive the sins of the people when thou hearest. The prayer of Solomon was accepted, which means that sins were actually forgiven in those times, not just “rolled forward.”

Fuente: Old and New Testaments Restoration Commentary

sin: 1Ki 8:31, 1Ki 8:32

and an oath: etc. Heb. and he require an oath of him, Exo 22:11, Lev 5:1, Pro 30:9

the oath: Num 5:19-22, Mat 23:18

Reciprocal: 1Sa 19:4 – sin against Neh 5:12 – I called

Fuente: The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

2Ch 6:22.
