The Hebrew word goel<\/I> answers to the Greek , a saviour<\/I>; and is given to the Lord Jesus Christ<\/I>, the strong God<\/I>, the Most High<\/I>, the Redeemer<\/I> of a lost world<\/I>. After this verse there is the following Masoretic note: chatsi hassepher<\/I>, “The middle of the book.” And thus the reader has arrived at the middle of the Psalter<\/I>, a book for excellence unparalleled.<\/P> <\/p>\n They considered that God, and God alone, had preserved them in all their former exigences, and that he only could now help them, and not those idols or creatures which they had preferred before him; and therefore being driven by absolute necessity, they fled to him for relief. <\/P> <\/p>\n And they remembered that God was their Rock<\/strong>,….
