Which had lamps in it, and were continually lighted, and gave light in the holy place:<\/p>\n and his tongs, and his snuff dishes, and all the oil vessels thereof<\/strong>,<\/p>\n wherewith they minister unto it<\/strong>; by supplying the lamps with oil, and snuffing and trimming them.<\/p>\n The candlestick, with its lamps, snuffers, extinguishers (Exo 25:31-37<\/span>), and all its oil-vessels (oil-cans), “ wherewith they serve it,<\/em> ” i.e., prepare it for the holy service, were to be covered with a hyacinth cloth, and then with a wrapper of sea-cow skin, and laid upon the carriage. (Num 4:10<\/span> and Num 4:12<\/span>), bearing frame, in Num 13:23<\/span> bearing poles.<\/p>\n Verses 9, 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n Next in order, the priests were to prepare the gold Candlestick (lampstand) for moving. They were to cover it with a cloth of blue, along with all the appliances pertaining to it.
