To explain this difficulty there are three hypotheses: (1.) That there were two Kadeshes or “holy places.” (2.) That the name applied to a city and to an extensive region, as does New York. (3.) That Kadesh was on the border of both Paran and Zin. It is the theory of Fries, Hengstenberg, Keil, Kurtz, Raumer, Robinson, and others that the Israelites were at Kadesh once in the second, and again in the fortieth year of their wanderings. Num 20:16; Jos 10:41, notes.

Fuente: Whedon’s Commentary on the Old and New Testaments

the wilderness of Zin: Num 13:21, Num 20:1, Num 27:14, Deu 32:51

Reciprocal: Num 13:26 – Kadesh Num 20:22 – Kadesh Num 34:4 – Zin Jos 15:1 – even to the 1Ki 22:48 – Eziongeber

Fuente: The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

And they removed from Ezion-gaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which [is] Kadesh.
