The phrase is unique to Deuteronomy. The Hebrew word for ewes is the plural form of Ashtoreth, the well-known name of the goddess of the Zidonians 1Ki 11:5<\/span>. This goddess, called by the Classical writers Astarte, and identified with Venus, represented the fruitfulness of nature.<\/P> <\/p>\n He will love thee; <\/B>he will continue to love thee, and to manifest his love to thee, he will not repent of his love to thee. <\/P> <\/p>\n And he will love thee<\/strong>,….
