But the word may also be explained according to the slightly different reading of <span class='bible'>Psa 18:45<\/span>, <strong> came trembling out of their fastnesses<\/strong>, terrified into surrendering at discretion to the triumphant invader. This is probably a mere clerical error, but if it be retained the sense will be a little changed.
