En el caso de estos animales inmundos, comer su carne o tocar su cuerpo muerto causaba la inmundicia o impureza ritual de un israelita. Sin embargo, tocar al animal vivo no provocaba la impureza de la persona; el israelita pod\u00eda usar un asno o un camello como bestia de carga sin quedar inmundo.<\/p>\n
