He was converted at the age of twenty-one, and in 1823 entered the New England Conference. For forty-one years he did effective work in the New England, New Hampshire, and Vermont conferences. In 1863 he retired to Chicago, and there died, Nov. 17,1873. Mr. Aspinwall possessed a deeply sympathetic nature, and was a good preacher and pastor.
