See Le Neve, Fasti, i, 157, 168. Bisse, Philip (2), an English prelate, was consecrated bishop of St. David&#8217;s Nov. 19, 1710, and was translated to Hereford, Feb. 16, 1712. He died Sept. 6, 1721.
