He embraced religion at the age of fifteen, and after serving the Church some time as a local preacher entered the Vermont Conference about 1846, in which he served twenty-three years. He died at Lancaster, N. H., May 30, 1872. Mr. Bullard was a man of sanguine temperament, well calculated to win souls. He was a good preacher, excelled in social meetings, and was a powerful man in prayer.
