In 1519 he: was appointed pastor of the Roman Catholic Church at, Rochlitz. Leaving his Church and embracing that of the Reformation he was appointed in 1523 pastor at Pensan, in Bohemia; and, in 1525, dean and pastor at Mansfeld. He died in 1559. His writings on the Lord&#8217;s Supper, and his exhortation to the ministers at the Diet of Augsburg, were edited by Cyriacus Spangenberg in 1569. See Jocher, Allgemeines Gelehrten- Lexikon, s.v..
