He united with the Church in London in his sixteenth year; entered the ministry in 1829; retired from the active work in 1867; resided first at Hardway, Gosport; went to St. Helen&#8217;s in October 1871, and died there, November 17 ensuing. He clearly explained and earnestly enforced the doctrines and duties of Christianity.
