He studied at Wittenberg, was pastor of the Church of St. George at Bremen, where his father was a merchant, and died there, April 21, 1715, leaving some dissertations, among which we mention, De Surdorum Enunciationibus (1698, 1701):  Finitor Physicus, Scientiae Naturalis Limites et Confixa Dirigens (Wittenberg, 1703).
