He became senior clerk at the parliament of Provence, canon of Notre Dame, and vicar-general of Mende. He died at Paris, May 14,1824, leaving, Traite de Administration du Comte de Provence (Aix, 1788):  Exercices de Piete (Paris, 1816):  Des Chapitres et des Dignitaires (ibid. 1822).
