He was at first a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church, but in 1867 connected himself with the Protestant Episcopal, officiating at first in Severn Parish, Maryland. In 1870 he was rector of St. Paul&#8217;s Church, in Calvert County; in 1878 he removed to Baltimore. He died in October 1879. See Prot. Episc.
