He went with his parents to Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in 1822; removed to Arkansas in 1838; and in 1841 entered the Arkansas Conference. From 1868, he was a siperannuate to the close of his life, June 6, 1870. During his entire ministry Mr. Cowle&#8217; acquitted himself with honor. He was a close student and: a laborious minister.
