His chief work is Libri Vet. Test. ex recensione textus leb. notisque philolog. et crit. illustrati (Halae, 1791, 6 vols. 8vo). He also edited Glassius, Philologia Sacra, and the Prolegomena to Walton&#8217;s Polyglot (Lips. 1777); a Syriac Psalter, with the translation and notes of Erpenius (Halle, 1768); and (posthumous) Opuscula ad Crisin et interp. Vet.
