He was converted at the age of nineteen; two years later united with the Church at Row Green, Wellington; in 1743 commenced his studies at Bristol, preaching occasionally to neighboring churches; was ordained pastor in Wellington April 8, 1747, and died there, April 1, 1791. He was converted in 1809; called to the ministry in 1820; became a supernumerary in 1859; resided at Lowestoft, and died March 27, 1864.
