In 1586 he was rector at Grimma, and accepted a call in 1594 to Bautzen, where he died, in 1623, leaving, Decalogus: or thirty-eight sermons on the decalogue (Bautzen, 1608):  Oratio Dominica, or fifteen sermons on the Lord&#8217;s Prayer (ibid. 1611):  Misteriodidascalia, or twenty-two sermons on baptism and the Lord&#8217;s supper (Wittenberg, eod.):  Paedagogia Christiana,a or twenty sermons on the catechism (ibid. 1613).
