“to suffer evil,” is translated “suffer hardship” in three places in the RV, 2Ti 2:3<\/span> (in some mss.; see No. 2), AV, “endure hardness;” 2Ti 2:9<\/span>, AV, “suffer trouble;” 2Ti 4:5<\/span>, AV, “endure affliction;” in Jam 5:13<\/span>, RV, “suffering” (AV, “afflicted”).
