It cannot well have been the Jedna of the Onomasticon (, the modern Idhna), for this is in the mountains west of Hebron (see Keil Comment. ad loc.). The enumeration in Jos 15:32 requires us to join this with the following (there being no copula between), Ithnan-Ziph, i.e. Zephath (q.v.). SEE JUDAH.<\/p>\n
