He was educated at Cambridge, graduating LL.B., 1497, and later LL.D. and D.D. Ordained priest in 1501, he entered the Carthusian novitiate at the London Charterhouse, and was professed in 1516. Refusing to take the Oath of Supremacy, he was imprisoned in the Tower and hanged.
