Conder suggests (Tent Work, 2:338) Um Deimneh, twelve miles north-east of Beersheba, consisting of &#8220;heaps of stones, foundations, and two or three caves&#8221; (Memoirs to Ordnance Survey, 3:399); but the name has little resemblance.<\/p>\n<h4 align='right'><i><b>Fuente: Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature<\/b><\/i><\/h4>\n<h2>Madmannah<\/h2>\n<p>dunghill, the modern el-Minyay, 15 miles south-south-west of Gaza (<span class='bible'>Josh. 15:31<\/span>; <span class='bible'>1 Chr. 2:49<\/span>), in the south of Judah. The Pal. A city in S. of Judah (Jos 15:31). Identical with Beth Marcaboth (&#8220;resting house for chariots&#8221;). (See BETH MARCABOTH.) Its place is taken in Jos 19:5 etc., by Beth-marcaboth. No satisfactory identification has been suggested. Conder mentions Umm Demineh N. of Beersheba, but does not think it suitable.<\/p>\n<p>W. It is represented in Jos 19:5, etc., by Beth-marcaboth.
