Among several parishes of which he was rector were St.  Paul&#8217;s, Cleveland, Ohio, and Grace Church, in the same city. He was also the founder of St. James&#8217;s parish in Cleveland. Subsequently he was rector of Trinity Church, Natchez, Miss., and of Grace Church in Hopkinsville, Ky., where he died, September 30, 1879, having been fifty-seven years in the ministry.
