B.C. cir. 1618. Burrington (Geneal. 1, 179) makes Saraph a descendant of Jokim, whom he regards as the third son of Shelah. In the Targum of R. Joseph, Joash and Saraph are identified with Mahlon and Chilion, who married () in Moab.’<\/p>\n
