See SALVATION. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;to bring safely through&#8221; (dia, &#8220;through,&#8221; and No. 1), is used (a) of the healing of the sick by the Lord, <span class='bible'>Mat 14:36<\/span>, RV, &#8220;were made whole&#8221; (AV adds &#8220;perfectly&#8221;); <span class='bible'>Luk 7:3<\/span>; (b) of bringing &#8220;safe&#8221; to a destination, <span class='bible'>Act 23:24<\/span>; (c) of keeping a person &#8220;safe,&#8221; <span class='bible'>Act 27:43<\/span>; (d) of escaping through the perils of shipwreck, <span class='bible'>Act 27:44<\/span>; <span class='bible'>Act 28:1<\/span>, <span class='bible'>Act 28:4<\/span>, Passive Voice; (e) through the Flood, <span class='bible'>1Pe 3:20<\/span>.
