When the master&#8217;s commands are contrary to the will of God.<\/p>\n<p>2. When they are required to do what is not in their power.<\/p>\n<p>3. When such service is demanded as falls not within the compass of the servant&#8217;s agreement. <\/p>\n<p>The obligations servants are under to universal obedience, are from these considerations: <\/p>\n<p>1. That it is fit and right.<\/p>\n<p>2. That it is the expressed command of God.<\/p>\n<p>3. That it is for the interest both of body and soul.<\/p>\n<p>4. That it is a credit to our holy religion. <\/p>\n<p>The manner in which this service is to be performed is, <\/p>\n<p>1. With humility, Pro 30:21-22; Ecc 10:7.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fidelity, Tit 2:10; Mat 24:45.<\/p>\n<p>3. Diligence, Pro 10:4; Pro 21:5; 1Th 4:11.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cheerfulness.
