The &#8220;shout&#8221; is not here said to be His actual voice, though this indeed will be so (<span class='bible'>Joh 5:28<\/span>). In the Sept., <span class='bible'>Pro 30:27<\/span>, &#8220;(the locusts &#8230; at the) word of command (march in rank).&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;to call out&#8221; (epi, &#8220;upon,&#8221; phoneo, &#8220;to utter a sound&#8221;), is translated &#8220;shouted&#8221; in <span class='bible'>Act 12:22<\/span>, RV (AV, &#8220;gave a shout&#8221;).
