They follow the Rule of the Third Order of Saint Francis and conduct parochial schools and academies in the archdioceses of Chicago and Milwaukee, and the dioceses of Green Bay, La Crosse, Superior, Detroit, Cleveland, Peoria, Hartford, and Denver.
