“indolent, sluggish,” is rendered “slothful” in Heb 6:12<\/span>, AV, See DULL, and synonymous words there, and SLUGGISH. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

“shrinking, irksome,” is translated “slothful” in Mat 25:26<\/span>, and Rom 12:11<\/span>, where “in diligence not slothful,” RV, might be rendered “not flagging in zeal.” See GRIEVOUS, Note (2). <\/p>\n
