He was converted in his eighteenth year; was licensed to preach Aug. 6,1855, and in 1857 was received on trial in the Baltimore Conference. He remained with this conference until its division, when he became a member of the East Baltimore Conference, and so remained until the formation of the Central Pennsylvania Conference. He died Nov. 29, 1869.
