He graduated at Williams College in 1804; was a tutor in the college in 1806-7; settled as pastor of the Church in Griswold, Conn., in 1810; resigned his pastoral charge in 1830; and removed to Portage, N.Y., where he died in 1846, aged sixty-nine.
