\n\tDos obispos católicos en Estados Unidos se han pronunciado recientemente sobre el juego del momento para dispositivos móviles Android e iOS, Pokémon GO.<\/p>\n
\n\tEl Obispo de Orange County en California, Mons. Kevin Vann, tuiteó tres fotografías editadas en las que se le observa haciendo parte del popular juego.<\/p>\n

\n\tDe otro lado, el Obispo de Green Bay, Mons. David Ricken, dio su punto de vista sobre este juego en Twitter al afirmar que: "tal vez no encuentres a un Pikachú, pero te prometo algo: busca a Jesús y lo encontrarás todo el tiempo. Deja el #PokemonGO, #EncuentraaDIOS".<\/p>\n

\n\tEn otro tuit el Obispo dijo que PokemonGO está llevando a la gente a las iglesias: “¡Estupendo! ¡Una excelente oportunidad para compartir el amor y la misericordia de Jesús en este Año de la Misericordia!”<\/p>\n

\n\tRecientemente el P. Ryan Kaup en Lincoln, estado de Nebraska (Estados Unidos), consideró que este juego puede ser “una gran oportunidad” para acercarse a los jóvenes “e invitarlos a rezar”.<\/p>\n
\n\tEl jueves de la semana pasada Niantic Labs lanzó Pokémon GO y desde entonces se ha podido ver en los lugares donde ya se cuenta con la aplicación, a gente joven acercándose a las iglesias.<\/p>\n
\n\tEsto ha generado en más de uno la reflexión sobre si usar o no la gran popularidad del juego como una herramienta para la evangelización.<\/p>\n
