\u201cWhat does reincarnation mean?\u201d A cowpoke asked his friend. His pal replied, \u201cIt happens when yer life has reached its end.<\/p>\n
They comb yer hair, and warsh yer neck, And clean yer fingernails, And lay you in a padded box Away from life\u2019s travails.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe box and you goes in a hole, That\u2019s been dug into the ground. Reincarnation starts in when Yore planted \u2018neath a mound.<\/p>\n
Them clods melt down, just like yer box, and you who is inside. And then yore just begginin\u2019 on Yer transformation ride.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn a while the grass\u2019ll grow Upon yer rendered mound. Till some day on yer moldered grave A lonely flower is found.<\/p>\n
And say a hoss should wander by And graze upon this flower That once wuz you, but now\u2019s become Yer vegetative bower.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen say, by chance, I wonders by And sees this upon the ground, And I ponders and I wonders at, This object that I found.<\/p>\n
