It\u2019s not a duty; it\u2019s a privilege to share physical intimacy with one another.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Some basic principles can be applied to your sexual intimacy.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Discover what pleases and fulfills your mate. Talk about what brings your spouse pleasure and fulfillment. Then do it.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Make time for foreplay. Everything preceding physical intimacy is part of foreplay. Don\u2019t rush your time together.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Put your mate\u2019s needs above your own. As you meet your spouse\u2019s needs, you will discover your own needs being met.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Remember that the goal of physical intimacy can be something other than intercourse. Relax.
