Too often I pray for my timing<\/i> instead of His timing.<\/i> I want what I want now! I push to see my timeline or timetable accomplished so that I will be comforted and satisfied.<\/p>\n
However, the acceptable time<\/i> always comes when God\u2019s way and will are implemented for His glory. God\u2019s perfect timing brings people, resources and circumstances into the alignment He has ordered and ordained.<\/p>\n
In an acceptable time, God answers our prayers to accomplish His purposes not ours. God says, \u201cIn an acceptable time I have heard You, And in the day of salvation I have helped You; I will preserve You and give You As a covenant to the people, To restore the earth, To cause them to inherit the desolate heritages\u201d (Isa. 49:8). God\u2019s acceptable time demonstrates His faithfulness to others through us.<\/p>\n
God\u2019s acceptable time brings forth salvation, i.e. eternal relationship with God, healing and deliverance. Don\u2019t push for another time in prayer; petition for God\u2019s acceptable time.<\/p>\n
