A BLIND girl, one day, was caught in a fire on the tenth floor of a building. She could make her way to a window, but she couldn\u2019t see anything. She felt the heat and smelled the smoke of the fire. Then she heard a fireman yell, \u201cJump, jump!\u201d<\/p>\n
She said, \u201cI\u2019m scared to jump. I can\u2019t see.\u201d<\/p>\n
The fireman said, \u201cIf you don\u2019t jump, you\u2019re going to die. Take the risk, and jump.\u201d<\/p>\n
It\u2019s bad enough to jump from ten stories high, but to jump when you can\u2019t see where you\u2019re jumping\u2014that\u2019s terror. In the midst of the chaos and confusion, she heard another voice, \u201cDarling, jump, I\u2019ve got you.\u201d She smiled and said, \u201cOkay, Daddy, I\u2019ll jump.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jesus Christ is inviting us to jump. He knows we\u2019re nervous, but just jump. He knows you\u2019re scared, but just jump. Remember, we\u2019re talking about your Daddy. We\u2019re talking about Somebody you know. You\u2019ve seen what He can do.276<\/p>\n

A MAN slid over the side of a cliff and was able to grab a branch at the last second. He hung dangling over the precipice, hundreds of feet from the ground below. He screamed out with a loud voice, \u201cHelp me! Somebody help me!\u201d<\/p>\n
A voice came out of the sky, \u201cDo you believe that I can help you?\u201d<\/p>\n
The man responded, \u201cYes, I believe. Please help me!\u201d<\/p>\n
The voice came out of the sky again, \u201cDo you believe that I have the power to help you?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYes, I believe! I believe! Please help me!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cDo you believe I love you enough to help you?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYes, I know you love me. Please, oh please, HELP ME!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause you believe, I will help you. Now let go.\u201d<\/p>\n
After a brief silence, the man said, \u201cIs there anybody else up there?\u201d277<\/p>\n
