A NATIVE American was walking down the street with a businessman one day. The Native American stopped.<\/p>\n
\u201cListen!\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor what?\u201d the business replied.<\/p>\n
\u201cDon\u2019t you hear it?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHear what?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cCrickets.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cCrickets? I do not hear any crickets.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Native American continued to try to help the businessman hear what he heard: \u201cOh, they\u2019re loud. Just listen! Don\u2019t you hear them?\u201d<\/p>\n
Getting a little disgruntled, the businessman said, \u201cI don\u2019t hear any crickets.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Native American looked around, and right over on the side, there was a cricket. He went and picked it up.<\/p>\n
The businessman looked shocked. \u201cI can\u2019t believe that. We are here downtown with all these people. You and I are talking and you can hear a cricket. I don\u2019t know how you did that.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Native American reached into his pocket and took out some change. He threw it on the ground. Twenty people stopped walking. Then he said, \u201cYou always hear what you are tuned in to. You are tuned into money; you are going to hear a penny when it\u2019s dropped. I am tuned in to nature, I hear a cricket.\u201d<\/p>\n
A lot of Christians will miss the still small voice of God because they are not tuned in.407<\/p>\n
