He developed the theory of relativity, which was the basis for the application of atomic energy. In 1921, Albert Einstein was the recipient of the Nobel Prize, and in 1952 he was offered the position of President of Israel, but turned it down.<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>On November 9, 1930, in an article in the <i>The New York Times<\/i>, Albert Einstein\u2019s statement was recorded:<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal'>I assert that the cosmic religious experience is the strongest and noblest driving force behind scientific research.&#65279;3284&#65279;<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>Albert Einstein stated:<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal'>God Almighty does not throw dice.&#65279;3285&#65279;<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>In commenting on wealth, Albert Eistein stated:<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal'>I am absolutely convinced that no wealth in the world can help humanity forward, even in the hands of the most devoted worker in this cause. The example of great and pure individuals is the only thing that can lead us to noble thoughts and deeds. Money only appeals to selfishness and irresistibly invites abuse. Can anyone imagine Moses, Jesus, or Gandhi armed with the moneybags of Carnegie?&#65279;3286&#65279;<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent: 18.0pt;line-height:normal'>In describing the theory of relativity, Albert Einstein stated:<\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal'>When a man sits with a pretty girl for an hour, it seems like a minute. But let him sit on a hot stove for a minute\u2014and it\u2019s longer than any hour.
