THE PERFECT LOVE OF GOD.<\/p>\n
1Jn_2:5-6.<\/p>\n
I. The source of it. "Love of God." Great as His nature, deep as eternity.<\/p>\n
II. The sphere of its perfection. "In Him is the love of God perfected."<\/p>\n
1. The Word is to be kept.<\/p>\n
2. The keeper of it is blessed with the perfect love of God.<\/p>\n
III. The assurance it gives. "Hereby know we that we are in Him." In this we have-<\/p>\n
1. The confidence of knowledge, "Know."<\/p>\n
2. The confidence of experience. "In Him."<\/p>\n
IV. The manifestation of it. "Walk even as He walked." His was the walk of-<\/p>\n
1. Unwavering faith.<\/p>\n
4. Steadfast perseverance.<\/p>\n
2. Entire submission.<\/p>\n
3. Graceful humility.<\/p>\n
4. Conscious victory.<\/p>\n
5. Patient suffering.<\/p>\n
6. Active service.<\/p>\n
