1. Who is the Promiser? Jesus, He who has all power given unto Him in Heaven and in earth.<\/p>\n
2. What is the Promise? It is the promise of His presence, "Lo, I am with you alway."<\/p>\n
3. Why is it Precious? It is precious (1) Because it is true. "He is faithful who has promised." (2) Because it implies all-sufficiency, both for earth and Heaven. He has all power.<\/p>\n
