Think of these words as coming from the lips of the rejected Son of God.<\/p>\n
1. An Awful Confession. "I am become vile." Think of who He is, and why He became vile.<\/p>\n
2. An Urgent Appeal to God. "See, O Lord, and consider." Consider who I am: "Thy Son." Consider for whom I am vile (Gal_3:13).<\/p>\n
3. A Pathetic Appeal to Men. "Ye that pass by: behold and see if there be any sorrow like unto My sorrow." Any sorrow so deep, so undeserved, so effective.<\/p>\n
4. A Mournful Entreaty. "Is it nothing to you? "<\/p>\n
