Sanctification God&apos;s Will"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sanctification God&#8217;s Will<\/p>\n<p>&quot;For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication&quot; (1Th_4:3).<\/p>\n<p>Above all things else, we should desire to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus Christ, on one occasion said, &quot;Who is My mother, or My brethren? * * whosoever shall do the will of My Father which is in Heaven&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to hold a place as near to the heart of Christ as that of His mother, or brother or sister, you must live in the center of God&#8217;s will.<\/p>\n<p>When we read, therefore, that &quot;this is the will of God, even your sanctification&quot;, we should immediately seek to stand complete in that will.<\/p>\n<p>When you enter college, there are certain studies which are marked &quot;optional.&quot; You must have so many units for graduation, but it is optional as to the studies you take to secure these units.<\/p>\n<p>God, however, has never written the word &quot;optional&quot; over sanctification. The believer who is not sanctified, is not in the center of God&#8217;s will; he is falling short of God&#8217;s purpose.<\/p>\n<p>We know very well that man has used the word &quot;sanctify&quot; and &quot;sanctification&quot; to suggest extreme and other unscriptural conditions, but that does not alter the fact that true Scriptural sanctification is the will of God.<\/p>\n<p>Sanctification shall be mine;<\/p>\n<p>It is God&#8217;s holy will, Divine;<\/p>\n<p>And the enabling is of God,<\/p>\n<p>Who sanctifieth by His Word.<\/p>\n<p>Autor: R.E.
