1. Christ, who came \u201cfrom above\u201d did a work for us which was outside in its merit and worth\u2014Joh_3:31.<\/p>\n
2. Life. The life which qualifies us for the Kingdom of God is \u201cfrom above\u201d\u2014Joh_3:3, Joh_3:5. The word \u201cagain\u201d should be \u201cabove,\u201d and is so given in Joh_3:31.<\/p>\n
3. Love. The \u201cperfect gift\u201d of God\u2019s love and grace is \u201cfrom above,\u201d as well as every good gift of His providence\u2014Jas_1:17.<\/p>\n
4. Wisdom. The wisdom which makes us wise is \u201cfrom above\u201d\u2014Jas_3:17.<\/p>\n
5. Affection. To set our affection on \u201cthings above\u201d is to evidence we need resources above and beyond us\u2014Col_3:1, Col_3:2.<\/p>\n
6. Protection. We need \u201cabove all\u201d the Shield of Faith (Christ) to shield us from the enemies\u2019 attacks\u2014Eph_6:16.<\/p>\n
7. Satisfaction. Covering all and in all the Lord Himself, who is above, is the One who can take out of danger and bring us into untold blessing\u2014Psa_18:16-19.<\/p>\n
