228. Coming Superman<\/p>\n
In many ways the coming superman is spoken of, and in many portions of God\u2019s Word. Suppose we take one\u2014namely, Dan_11:36-45. If the passage is carefully pondered, it will be found this man is\u2014<\/p>\n
1. Royal in Place, for he is called \u201cthe king.\u201d<\/p>\n
2. Wilful in Spirit, for he will do \u201caccording to his will.\u201d<\/p>\n
3. Proud in Soul, for \u201che shall exalt himself.\u201d<\/p>\n
4. Self-inflated in Importance, for he will \u201cmagnify himself.\u201d<\/p>\n
5. Bombastic in Speech, for \u201che shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods.\u201d<\/p>\n
6. Prosperous in Wickedness, for \u201che shall prosper.\u201d<\/p>\n
7. Infidel in Worship, for \u201che shall not regard the God of his fathers,\u201d etc. (Dan_11:37-38).<\/p>\n
8. Despotic in Rule, for \u201che shall cause them to rule.\u201d<\/p>\n
9. Covetous in Heart, he \u201cshall divide the land for gain.\u201d<\/p>\n
10. Victorious in War. Mark what is said in Dan_11:40-43.<\/p>\n
11. Cruel in Action, he \u201cshall go forth to destroy and make away many.\u201d<\/p>\n
12. Humiliated in Overthrow. \u201cHe shall come to his end, and none shall help him.\u201d<\/p>\n
